Honestly reads like a rewrite. Name jumps from Miro-chan to Ryouka to Misa and then back to Miro-chan, final creampie says how good it feels to do it in her ass when he clearly didn't. Either the raw is also a mess or the translation is.

Some of the lines are based on the Japanese, but some lines are rewrites (need to check more to see the breakdown). Like, on the third page, the top panels are fine, but then it translates "はいはーいオタクのスマホ / 抜き打ちチェックしまーす" as "Come on Why are you on your phone right now. You're such an otaku you know? / What are you even doing anyways!?" instead of as just something like "Okay~ Surprise / (smart)phone inspection time~". And as mentioned, it gets her name wrong, saying "Miro" instead of "Minami", which is especially weird since the raw has the furigana pronunciation by the kanji to make it unambiguous. But the translator even got the honorific wrong, using "Miro-chan!?" when the raw said 「美波(みなみ)さん!?」 "Minami-san!?", so maybe they just can't read kana?

The fourth page is mostly fine (although it didn't say she's the most popular girl, just that she's a gyaru within the group of popular kids). Fifth page is also mostly fine (it even gets the gist of the casual expression ツラ貸せ, although it doesn't translated it with the correct tone), but again, it translates the name wrong - it's a different name, 里緒菜 Riona (Minami's first name I assume), but it again has furigana to clearify the pronunciation, yet the translator still got the name wrong (even still called her Miro even through this name is different from the prior one.) It also translates えええええ as "Wait What just happened!!!" instead of just as the sound "Eeeeeh!?" or something similar like "Huuuuuuh!?".
