Honestly reads like a rewrite. Name jumps from Miro-chan to Ryouka to Misa and then back to Miro-chan, final creampie says how good it feels to do it in her ass when he clearly didn't. Either the raw is also a mess or the translation is.

I don't have access to the full raws (I'm comparing the translation to an online sample), so I am limited in my ability to compare, but so far, it seems to mostly be a translation, but with some rewritten or embellished lines, but also all of the names are wrong.

Like, on the third page, the top panels are fine, but then it translates "はいはーいオタクのスマホ / 抜き打ちチェックしまーす" as "Come on Why are you on your phone right now. You're such an otaku you know? / What are you even doing anyways!?" instead of as just something like "Okay~ Surprise / (smart)phone inspection time~". And as mentioned, it gets her name wrong, saying "Miro" instead of "Minami", which is especially weird since the raw has the furigana pronunciation by the kanji to make it unambiguous. But the translator even got the honorific wrong, using "Miro-chan!?" when the raw said 「美波(みなみ)さん!?」 "Minami-san!?", so maybe they just can't read kana? The fourth page is mostly fine, but the phrase クラスの一軍ギャル is mistranslated as "the school's most popular girl" when it really means "A popular gyaru in my class" - you might also notice that this is the same クラスの一軍ギャル Class no Ichigun Gyaru phrase that appears in the title of this doujinshi...where the translator mistranslates it in a completely different manner, now alluding to there being multiple gals ("The group of gals") made into pets instead of just the singular one that this scenario actually relates to. Fifth page is also mostly fine (though I would say it uses the wrong tone for the expression ツラ貸せ), but again, it translates the name wrong - it's a different name, 里緒菜 Riona (Minami's first name), but it again has furigana to clarify the pronunciation, yet the translator still got the name wrong (even still called her Miro even through this name is different from the prior one.) It also translates えええええ as "Wait What just happened!!!" instead of just as the sound "Eeeeeh!?" or something similar like "Huuuuuuh!?".

There are other mistranslations, like on page 7 where it translates 俺の気に入りのオカズ画像 as "My treasured hand-drawn porno" instead of as something like "My favorite fap-fuel pic(s)" or page 14 where most of the third panel is mistranslated (completely missing the lines about him correctly surmising that Riona plays with her butt on her own (もしかして普段からおしりで遊んでたりする？), hence the ease of insertion) and it again messes up the name in the fourth panel (in the Japanese, he says that since her first name is Riona, he's going to call her Rio-chan --- but this translation has him say her first name is Ryouka and that he's going to call her by that exact name rather than a shortening of it like in the Japanese original...at least until 4 pages later when the translation goes back to calling her Miro again), but at least of the pages I can see, most of the lines are translations of the Japanese (or at least an attempt at it).

If you are correct that the Chinese translation was used as the base (which is feasible given the inclusion of 中国翻訳 in the original Japanese gallery name and lack of a publicly available Japanese raw), then this English translation messes up translating from Chinese in pretty much the same manner I was assuming it was messing up translating from Japanese, since the Chinese version doesn't make the same errors as this English translation. Like, on page 3, the Chinese has 来吧来吧死宅的手机 / 我要搞个突击调查, which pretty matches the Japanese, so the English translation is wrong no matter whether the Japanese or Chinese version was the base. The Chinese version also gets the names correct. The Chinese also includes the part about her playing with her butt (难道说你平时也玩后面吗?) on page 14 that the English translation omitted. Etc etc.

This is almost certainly a translation (whether it be MTL or human) from the Chinese version given that's the only other version up on the site and the original Japanese name that the uploader entered was "[ちぇるちぇるぱーく (れいちぇる)] クラスの一軍ギャルは俺のかわいいペット [中国翻訳]"
