@Larequirem personally, that just is enough for me to categorize it in the corruption category alongside mind control, the story begins with her having broken free from a part of the hypnosis, but instead of trying to extirpate herself from this situation, she instead drowned deeper in it due to the pressure she constantly feels, needing an "outlet" to vent it.

Though, sure, it's not a very good corruption story, it's still a corruption story in my book.
