there are some typos like in page 7, 11, 13, 14, mostly missing comma, a wrong letter, nothing too big but maybe be worth the look and fix.

This was a great story, and yeah i also the ending would be like that, not gonna lie, it was either that or she getting cured but choosing to continue with the sex
