The file this is translated from was uploaded in 2011, I think 14 years is long enough that it's reasonable to give people SOMETHING rather than nothing. If you don't like MTL you're free to not read it, but please don't come at me with "this will make it less likely someone will translated it". It wasn't going to happen anyway.
