Sigh. Yet another comic by this artist where they accelerate the WG too quickly, thereby limiting the story's practical scope. Once the characters get too big, that's it. Better to have a gradual WG, focus on the struggles and setbacks, and savor the moments of gluttony for slow burn satisfaction. Unless they're just rushing the comic out to fill some sort of quota. Art is still good, at least~
I think their work is pretty good. I don’t mind if it’s too quick since their art is going to be solid either way. Doughnation Dependency Which is another of their works is the complete opposite where it’s a slow burn. It’s felt like the characters there have gained little progression over the series, and that’s already over 60 pages. I’m still interested in seeing where that one will go though.
