No, your comment is fine. It's just that we, allow or tolerate certain cosplays. So even a single wig can be enough sometimes.
In this case, this is about a furry character. You can't expect that people cosplaying as Ankha or other furry have to wear a fursuit. :)

Since the cosplayer here wears some fur ears in the same color as Ankha and also wears some kind of egyptian looking jewelry, we can happily assume that she is cosplaying as Ankha. (even though she doesn't)

Also, I assume she uses a not so clear set title to avoid conflict with Nintendo.
