This is stupid af. You can personally have whatever headcanon you want about Mizuki, but if you are translating your job is to translate things the way the original artist intended them, and in the raw afterword the artist did NOT refer to Mizuki as a guy or he/him, not once. It only talks about "dicks" in the abstract and only refers to the *viewers* as guys. It's not that fucking hard to leave Mizuki's gender unstated if the artist did the same.
