So I can never get access to what I missed and paid for forever because I didn't to it as soon as it was uploaded?

Adding watermarks won't stop people from sharing what they paid for. "Piracy" is an issue of availability. Make sure that people will lose forever what they paid for and they will upload everything on sites like this one to prevent this loss.
