With this kind of comic, a mix of plot and smut...I’ve gotta juggle two things: creativity and horniness. Not the easiest combo. It’s like trying to write a story with one hand and… yeah, you know the rest.

That said, ur criticism was for a version from like 3–4 weeks ago, so I’m not sure how much of it still applies. (Subtle hint to check out the updates on Patreon, lol.) But I’m still glad you brought it up, always helps to know what’s hitting and what’s not.

It is a good comic and i appreciate your work as every artist here because not all of us can do this (except AI). But a porn comic is a drawn porn and the most advantage is that you do not have to follow rules! Go to the limits! Let her do it with aliens, 30 men, rape her, what ever imagination gives. Boring porn stuff with 1on1 and stupid stories can i found on pornhub. But sexual imagination running wild is the main part of drawn porn. Use it! I think it is too less of it in this comic, that is good but too softy IMO.

Thanks for saying it’s good! I actually don’t have much experience making erotic comics, my previous work was more focused on romance, fighting, comedy, and action-adventure. You can definitely see Outfall as a porn comic, but I prefer to call it “an erotic fanfic graphic novel with noncon elements.”

I’m using a game engine and beginner level Photoshop skills to make this, so I’m pretty limited in what I can do. Honestly, I think those who use AI generated images have far more advanced tools than what I’m working with.

It’s funny you say this comic feels soft, haha I’ve had other readers get mad at me for making it too hardcore. As for the limited sex scenes... yeah, Episode 6 is going to have a lot more of them.

Yep! The next part’s a flashback, it reveals a lot of things I originally planned to show in Episode 1. But opening with too much backstory might’ve made it unclear what kind of story this is. It’s still smut, but I’m aiming for something with real storytelling weight behind it.I ask AI this ''why porn cant have serious stories?''

AI Answer: it’s not that porn can’t have serious stories… it’s that it usually doesn’t bother to.

Here’s why:

Audience expectation. Most people go to porn for one thing — not character arcs or moral complexity. That shapes how creators design it: short attention spans, fast payoff. If the average viewer only watches for five minutes, why build a story that takes thirty to matter?

Economic pressure. Serious storytelling costs time and money — writing, acting, directing, editing. But porn production often runs on razor-thin budgets, so they cut out anything not directly sexual. Story becomes “setup for the scene.”

Industry inertia. The mainstream porn template has been the same for decades. Even when directors try to add depth, the platforms bury it under clickbait thumbnails and titles like “Stepmom teaches lesson” — because that sells.

Taboo clash. Serious storytelling requires emotional investment. Porn short-circuits that by focusing on fantasy and immediate gratification. When you mix the two, the tonal clash can be jarring — like trying to feel empathy and arousal at once. Few creators can balance that line.

That said — it can be done. Some indie or erotic art films pull it off: they treat sex as part of the character’s psyche, not just anatomy. The Japanese pink film genre and some European erotic dramas actually do this.

So the problem isn’t the medium, it’s the market and intent.

Back to my reply : Apologies if some readers are confused about what this comic is really about , is it porn with stories, or stories with porn? I’d say I aim for both. Back in the 90s, this kind of genre was everywhere, but it’s rare nowadays. I’d love to see works like Mezzo Forte (2000) make a comeback, but they’re almost non existent today.

Will I do one with 80% smut? I think I will, after Season 1 ends.
