I sort of fail to see how any of this is his problem. Firstly, Her and Ueno aren't even dating, they're friends at best. Secondly, Manaka didn't say "no" during the whole thing, she didn't ask for help, best she could do is say "it's not what it looks like" after the kiss. She didn't tell Ueno about her situation or history with the dude prior or after this kiss thing, and now she locked herself up in a room without talking to anyone. So as far as I'm concerned, unless she clearly asks for help and explains herself, she's on her own to deal with this guy and Ueno should not get involved.
