Reposting my story recap from the original gallery:

You are a young man who found a tutor job for a wealthy family located in a mansion on top of a mountain which paid handsomely. There were only 3 people in the mansion: our villainess Marie, her daughter Maria, and the maid Aira.
You tried to do your job tutoring Maria, but soon found out that Maria was a genius and needed no tutoring at all. She just wanted a guy to fuck. Of course, Marie was also a nympho as usual, and Aira dutifully served you in more ways than one. Though it seemed the mansion housed some kind of secret, as you found locked doors and were prohibited from leaving the room at night. You could choose to spend your free time with the girls or try to investigate.
Eventually your contract expired and you were about to leave, but Marie told you that the new to be tutor got into an accident and asked if you wanted to extend your contract. I dont remember much, but I dont think theres any ending where you can leave "normally".

I think there are a total of 5 endings:

A: You do not spend enough time with either Marie or Maria, thus gaining neither's affection. The two basically use you as a flesh toy and you will most likely not survive.

B and C: You gain either Marie or Maria's affection, and become their lover. They still fuck you hard and share you with the other girl, but at least they treat you a bit better so you will last for a while.

D: You disobey and leave your room at night, investigating. You find a secret basement and witness Aira doing human experiments, namely aphrosdiacs and ovulation pills. She injects a boy with aphrosdiac so he fucks his mom and impregnates her. Eventually you are found and put to sleep. When you wake up you see that you have been grafted with a BBC. Marie appears and explains that your cock has been used as a transplant for some rich guy. She and Aira team up to fuck you to death, basically.

E: You manage to steal the key to the locked room. You find a girl who looks exactly like Maria (whose name I forgot). She explains that both her and Maria are clones of Marie, created so that Marie can transplant her brain to a fresh body when she grows old and weak. Maria chose to live out her limited time, but this girl rejected her fate and was thus imprisoned. You decide to help her escape. You fuck Aira's brain out and steal her mansion key and the escape is apparently a success. However, when you live with the girl, you notice she is somewhat strange, being much more aggressive in sex. Eventually you notice the mole near her vagina and realize that this girl is actually Maria, who subdued the other girl and traded place with her. Maria wanted to escape her fate too, she was just subtle about it and had been waiting for an opportunity. She swore to use her genius intelligence to take everything Marie has, with you by her side.

I have not played it but according to a friend, it tells the story of a young couple whose car broke down and stayed at Marie'a mansion. One thing after another happened and the boyfriend got feminized.

You can think of this mansion as a place shes temporarily staying in like shes on vacation. All her kids are still in the other main one. Im not sure if Maria and the other clone girl are as old as they look.
