Nice touch, this idea about a forcefield over the head.
This girl is just filled to the brim with energy, so of course she's a litteral thunder ball.
Her grandma is more encline to violence, so she's more of a chaos ball.

Now here's an idea : imagine more Dullahans with different personnalities, each having an influence on their powers:
Someone's pissed all the time ? Fireball, obviously.
An other one just likes to chill ? Ice ball, of course.
Some bully with a toxic persona : Poison ball, duh.
Some angel head, just gentle and beaming : Light ball, y'all.
And the list goes on, and on, and on ...
