TLDR Minami's father dies and allegedly leaves a huge debt which the antagonist Shima who's "friends" with her late father comes to claim the debt on the wife, husband overworks himself to pay it but isn't enough, wife makes a deal with the antagonist and she pays with her body, depending on the choices she becomes fully corrupted by the antagonist and MC is an ignorant cuck whose child isn't even his.
In all routes she's tainted so isn't a way to save her as the deal was behind his back after all.

Then the true route instead of confronting her(leads to bad end) you trust in her and she breaks down crying and tells the truth, they make up (make up sex where MC learns how slutty Minami has becomes after her body got trained by Shima showing skills he never knew nor tried with his wife, he feels determined to protect her and up his game as he feels he is lacking now with just vanilla sex) while talking about how to deal with the debt together, however husband tips the police about Shima's lending money schemes and they get him which clears the debt, heavy implied Shima made the interests to be almost impossible to pay and that this debt should have been paid long ago with huband's money but Shima wanted more than just money(aka the wife) so under pressure he just gives up and lets the main couple go, after a time skip he calls Minami demanding more (you know what) but she firmly tells him that it's over and that if he tries again the cops will go for him, he gets angry and hangs up calling her ungrateful slut and more (lmao the audacity of this salty bitch). There's no revenge but the justice system actually worked for once... weird isn't it?
