Weirdly enough, the hardest part of this doujin for me to translate was the title. 三昧 (sanmai) is a state of deep concentration (a trance, one might say) which is supposedly considered to be an important step on the road to enlightenment in Buddhism. It also has a secondary meaning of indulging or enjoying fully. I figured my translation was good enough to cover most bases, but I still feel like it's missing some of the nuance of the original. Oh well.
