I'd just like to say that there will likely be another version after the comic is done, where all the dialog is in english, but in red boxes, so its more yelling and clear its not understood :V the caveman speech originally was never meant to be understood since it WAS so limited in issue #10, but then i extended Issue 11's duration in the past (since i had planned for them to leave pretty fast originally actually), and that made it so there was A LOT more time for talking...
