@beladrim As the creator, you can DMCA the gallery through the "Report Gallery" button in the upper right. There is a process to get added to the DNP (DO Not Post) list, with yourself as an exception. That way, you can at least minimize anything being posted here that you don't want released. It's not that simple (I've looked into it. Believe me.)

A DMCA as simple as submitting a request and the content is removed. Just like that. It's something that can be disputed and fought out in court and also... requires that I give my idendity (as I have to prove that I own the art.)

I am a lone freelance artist. I don't have the means to hire lawyers, and I don't want to dox myself for this (not worth it.)

The pieces that have been removed with a DMCA notice here (I've seen some cases), are almost always artists that are under the umbrella of a publishing Hentai/Doujin company in Japan or the US (a good example of this is Denchi, though some of their work ends up here regardless). Because again, they publish for an actual company that has the financially means to hire lawyers if need be.

I simply don't have the resources to file a DMCA and fight it if it's disputed. That's why you'll notice that almost all independent artists, like me, do not use DMCA. It's a process that can lead to legal disputes and requires that I reveal my identity to the person I'm filing a DMCA against.

So in short, while technically, DMCA exists... It's not something small creators like me can use. (If that was the case, you would see a lot more removed content on this website.)
Unless you are a VERY big content creator with the means to hire lawers if the DMCA is disputed, or you are under a larger publishing company... DMCA is not really a solution.

So all I can do, is ask the folks who leak to give it a bit more time before it's leaked. (I honestly don't mind my content being leaked, just not that aggressively.)
