If the punishment isn't going off, does that mean Link isn't into it, and thus rape?

It's a rhetorical question, but I'd really like to see Link still be a straight man in these scenarios. It almost always ends up with Link going full feminization or becoming Ganondorf's sex slave. The tag definition for Gender Morph and Gender Bender itself does accept this. However people love identity politics so replies naturally want to care about the pronouns or having a rebuttal instead of actually addressing/answering the point. There's nothing wrong with not wanting to see something you weren't looking for and asking for a more concise tag or at least asking for advice on how to deter seeing it again (eskhahe should have done the latter since they're right, moderation likely isn't going to do anything about it). As it is, gender morph/bender as a tag is a pretty wide covering net. In this comic (tag wise) it's "shemale" if we're looking for what Link is tagged as. So just put in -shemale and/or -futanari depending on what you want.

However there's probably people who probably just specifically want full gender bender and don't want to rule out shemale/futa as a whole IE, GenderbentXshemale/futa content. Sissy content is hard to filter out when you have any of the tags I've mentioned included or not specifically blacklisted. -feminization will help for most of that but the tag can sometimes just barely make the presence rule or it's a mid-transformation sort of deal to full female genitals. So some comics will be skipped in the search. But overall that's probably the best term to blacklist if you don't want to see that sort of content. You can always filter out common tags that are commonplace with sissy tags but therein lies insanity looking through multiple pieces of content you don't enjoy seeing just to find tags. More effort than it should be worth honestly. So there is a small point to be made here about wanting a new tag to help define this. I see no reason people should be arguing "but it's still a girl actually" when that was never the question or point to be made. This is a tagging problem, not a social one.

That being said, I don't know every tag on this site, If an actual tag exists that specifically addresses genital change then please let me know. Then also let me know why I never see it in comics with it in it.
