This story is shaping up to be a bit dark, but interesting. I'm guessing the mom and dad were living a normal, successful life with their kid the older brother, but then the ugly bastard boss character cucked the dad, and the mom gave birth to the younger brother. But if she died from drug overdose, was it suicide, or did someone kill her? I assume that gyaru at the end is the father, who's spent the past couple years in Thailand, a place known for it's ladyboys.

I'm guessing the ugly bastard dad and son will swap partners with the fem dad and son, becoming one big, homo happy family. Mom definitely got screwed in the end in more ways than one. But that's what happens when you cheat.
