For the scope of this game it's pretty peak. My only complaint was that the tentacle enemies are kinda boring. It's always hotter when there is an antagonist with an actual dick.
Also such a shame that there is no deindividualization ending for the MC (I mean, there kinda is one but it's way too short and no free roam). One of the most underrated hottest things you can do in corruption/mind control H-games like this is to have an ending where the MC gets turned to look exactly like the nameless female grunts she fought the entire time. Bonus points if you can then free roam after getting turned like that.

TDLR: Peak short corruption game, if you like this circle then please buy it to support them. They release these shorter ones (but still great games) to finance their more ambitious future games, they said so on their ci-en page. Their Magnum Opus is still the Nepgear Maid one though, check that one out if you like this and want more of this.
