Despite the simplistic art, the contents of this book are so dark that the author immediately prefaces it with a more detailed version of the usual "This is a work of fiction..." legal notice, by adding that every single bit of dialogue in this book does not reflect Otto's personal views, also that it is not based in any scientific fact or real events, that everything contained here should not be taken seriously by anyone, in any situation, ever.

All of that is because the Teacher spews some heavy handed ramblings that would seriously place him amongst the most deranged rapists to ever exist; the book is basically about an innocent ignorant kid asks his teacher to teach him how babies are made, the man answers his little eager student that ok he will teach him, for such matters he must go to his house to give him a full crash course on how babies are made. They get in Tomoya's home, his mom is surprised to see his teacher for an unannounced visit, she asks if Tomoya did anything wrong, the teacher eases her worries by nothing of sorts happened, he is here to teach little Tomoya how babies are made.

And just like that, the teacher just starts raping Tomoya's mother, she cannot believe what is happening as she begs for him to stop, little Tomoya is confused but the teacher maintains a sinister calm demeanor where he acts like a class is in session, all for Tomoya to learn how children are conceived but even someone as innocent as Tomoya begins to grasp the fact whatever this may be is making his mom feel bad, so Tomoya tries to go and ask for help, that's when teach proceeds to get even more macabre as he calmly tries to defuse any notion that what he is doing to Tomoya's mom is bad, saying that this sure looks like a mutually agreed action, Tomoya's mom might be screaming and crying but her body is answering to his actions, see it's all about biology, what others might call "rape" is not necessarily a bad thing under certain circumstances, the teach so claims.

He got into their home by Tomoya's consent, his mom was surprised but she agreed to let her in, she is acting in fear but her body is answering positively to his hard penis, her body is ready and desperately wants to have a baby, and with Tomoya there it gives her peace of mind to go through to this totally normal process of baby making. Tomoya is completely distraught at this point, he is not buying his teacher's words, even for a little boy it sounds completely insane, Tomoya will run to the police after all... but that's where Tomoya's own mom tells him to stop, don't ask for help, she will endure this.

Tomoya doesn't understand, his mom seems to be under clear terror so why she stopped him? Teach is here to happily tell Tomoya why, you see on top of his mom's body answering positively to him, despite her protesting, there's also the social implications of being a rape victim, not everyone may sympathize with her claims, she let him in after all, what if others think it was consented, the stain of abuse remains and it will be greatly amplified by gossips about her ordeal, her hormones making her body accept him will erode away, she takes a shower and all dawns on her, what is she going to do if everyone finds out? She is married, oh her husband! What he will think, the doubts and shame over his head.

Tomoya should just stay and pay attention to the class in session, because his dearest teacher is mot done with his manifesto about the true ramifications of rape, the arguments for its uses, and how he will pump miss Fujimoto with all of his semen in order to conceive a child; everything is fine, over and over again teach preaches about everything that is happening in front of Tomoya is biologically correct for the pure purpose of conception. Teach's coup de grace is his musings about marital rape, a husband cannot force his wife to have sex with him without facing criminal repercussions these days, but how many wives actually report their husbands he muses and even advise Tomoya on looking at the disparity between the divorce rate and filings for marital rape, surely the wives ended up liking after all he thinks.

Once he is done Teacher casts his final gaslighting, deflecting all responsibility to Mrs. Fujimoto, if she is going to have his baby or not, sure she can abort it, or abandon it, but she will be seen as the bad party by some if she abandons the child, but she reports the rape all will be well... if she can bear weight of the public eyes on a victim that is.

Class is over Tomoya, that's how babies are made.
