To translate I use chatGPT and Deepseek though sometimes you need to edit the original image to get results as well as use Google lens to read individual characters and check they're correct. For design and making base images I use adobe photoshop and Adobe illustrator though I'm no expert at the programs. To clean the images I use photoshop and novel AI developer tools. To be honest I have them for other reasons than this so if you want to edit and translate I wouldn't waste the money unless you already have the programs, instead try to find some free alternatives.
