What happens when you get the chance to make as many wishes as you want? Some desires are so strong that they only fuel the need for more!

Whew, I’ve finally finished the first part of this comic! Honestly, I thought it would go MUCH faster, but it turned out to be the complete opposite.
I really wanted to bring back to life one of my oldest comics. The one I posted among the very first in my “career.” To do that, I had to learn a lot of new techniques, because reworking the old images turned out to be incredibly difficult for me. I also dove deep into comic creation, completely rethought my approach to speech bubble design, and refined many small details in the text itself. I think it’s perfect now. The old version felt robotic and stiff.

As for the downsides: the methods I used back then no longer work, so I mostly drew the eyes and eyelashes by hand and then refined them with AI. It takes a long time, but damn, I absolutely love how it looks.

The character’s appearance, since I used a completely different method to create her this time—made me feel like a beginner again 😅, so I’m not entirely sure I captured the image in my head perfectly in every panel.

What’s next? The hardest stage is behind me, so I plan to release the continuation much sooner. Plus, even though I’m rebuilding every page from scratch, I won’t be as picky about every single image anymore (at least I hope so, because the final part with GIANT sizes still needs some extra work).
