I'm surprised that this sidetrack story would even exist, although this girl being naked in public makes "public serving girl" more rationale. In fact for a world like this, girls on the street in complete naked should be a normal or even encourage as typical fashion.
It would be a great story to start with in a country where for some reason (defeated by war), females have to be naked unless they paid for a "dressing license" everyday.

我比較好奇這翻外篇會成立，但的確以公有物少女可以存在的話，這樣的社會這街上見到不穿衣全裸的女孩子也合情合理。
其實一直都覺得可以把公有物少女引入該時空的世界觀，這個國度可能因戰敗而把女性不穿衣成為日常，要穿衣就需要每天繳交穿衣費拿許可證貴才可。
