It's technically not NTR because they're not dating. But it's close enough as we can infer the Leader of the group likes her, she likes him in some capacity back (but is a pushover), and his "friends" are fucking her like crazy and keeping it all behind his back without telling him she's a slut he can bang too. I would venture then she would actively invite him when they are all together. I guess it's the subtle parts that we can see but, I would put it in the realm of the artist rokuichi in the slutty but, still has a preference type of thing.
