Oh no, the tall dominant gyaru who doesnt wear socks on her feet and makes me lick the sweat off her body just won't leave me alone. Ueno doesn't know how good he has it.

Sounds like Ueno is desperately fishing for an excuse that Chisaki can accept. Unfortunately for him, I don't think this is the correct excuse, and I'm certain this will backfire spectacularly. I don't believe for a second that he's sorted out how he sees Manaka at this point. Then again, I'm not convinced this will make Chisaki back down, either. She was this close to being honest with him, too. Explain it, Chisaki. Explain what you mean when you say "take responsibility."
It was also nice to see their dynamic before the incident. Ueno actually kind of was friends with them before his heated degenerate moment.
Don't apologize Ueno. You know you don't regret doing it. You're just apologizing because you think she resents you since that day, that you're actually just her plaything because you can't imagine being loved by her, and that in order to escape her, you think that's what she wants to hear, an apology. What will you think and feel when you realize she actually likes you and expresses it in a twisted way? Twisted like you are and she recognizes. Will Moka remain as well defined in your heart? This is only the beginning of your internal conflict.
This chapter completes the interaction pattern between Ueno and Chisaki, making it very interesting, almost like some kind of role-playing. It could almost be said that their interactions are essentially consensual, but they both needed an excuse to engage in sexual activity. Ueno's act of stealing Chisaki's personal clothing broke the deadlock, releasing their suppressed desires, and this has continued until now. However, this relationship is clearly abnormal; even the most intimate couples cannot maintain a dominant-submissive relationship at all times. Furthermore, the plot involving the cheating emo guy in the previous chapter has completely thrown the main characters into chaos. But I think this is a good thing; the complex relationships designed by the author require the characters to thoroughly sort things out before they can develop further, otherwise, they will fall into a repetitive cycle. However, the potential problem is that when Ueno truly understands things, he will realize that his experience with Manaka is fundamentally different. I agree with the analysis above; the excuse Ueno finds for himself will inevitably backfire and hurt Manaka—essentially, she's been cheated on again. Also, I don't like the way the tennis training chapters plot was handled—Ueno hadn't even sorted out his own thoughts, so how could he suddenly have an epiphany about life and compete for Manaka, then scold the emo guy? And now that this chapter has completed the history of ueno and chisakis interactions, the relationship between the protagonist and Sagawa and Tsubomi has become very subtle again—he has lost his "familiar stranger" relationship with these two women because he has essentially become a member of the small group mentally, no longer in a parallel relationship with them. This makes the previous scenes where Sagawa and Tsubomi confided in Ueno and being touched by uenos words less logically sound and complete. Essentially, while this chapter's addition of the interaction with Chisaki resolved the consent crisis in their relationship, it almost undermined all the previous plot developments. But I also understand the author; after all, the setting and plot of this work are quite unique, and it's easy to cross the boundaries of public perception. It's inevitable that some flaws will be discovered in the initial ideas as the plot develops; humans aren't AI, capable of perfectly calculating the story's logic in their minds. Without this chapter's patch, the story's tone would become too serious, turning it into a genuine anti-bullying educational documentary—and we don't want to be lectured here. We'd rather see Ueno build a harem with all these sexy and unique girls, and then be dominated by them.
