I think that at page 34 we get a flashback? And we see her in highschool, with a guy similar to the one she falls in love at the start, so we understand she loves cute little boys, but the original BF was a piece of shit that treated her badly and that could have caused her to snap.
She becomes a black widow/mantis type girl that kills or massacre the guys she have sex with, and she gets a urge she can't stop, but she truly loves the new guy so she wants to hold back but it feels liek torture, I'm not sure if she snapped again at page 33.
I could be wrong and the highschool girl is their daughter, she got 1 mole in her face instead of 2.
