On the third day, Regine found herself alone. Dr Rajeev reassured her by saying that Siya had gone into labor early and had been sent to a hospital. He even showed Regine fake AI photos of Siya in hospital carrying a baby. Regine happily carried on with her day of yoga and meditation.

Mr Porn joined Regine and Dr Rajeev for dinner that night. The three of them chatted happily and Mr Porn toasted Regine with a small cup of his "special medical wine" that will do wonders for her pregnancy. Regine drank it and within seconds, she started to feel unwell and had soon passed out, right into Mr Porn's arms. She was then borne towards an underground lake and allowed to sink into its depths. Regine awakened after a while and tried to swim towards the surface but felt cold and clammy hands grabbing and pulling her down until she lost consciousness, this time for good.

After a while , Regine's lifeless body floated to the surface of the lake and mysteriously started drifting towards Mr Porn who was awaiting eagerly at the lakeside. Mr Porn made love to her multiple times, taking a break to ask Dr Rajeev to touch up the make-up on her face.

when he was done, Regine's body was left at the lakeside. But it was not the end of Regine and the other two pregnant victims' defilement.

Two nights after Regine's death, the three rotting bodies were carried to a jungle clearing. There, Mr Porn desecrated them for the last time before they were set on fire, offering all three of them and their unborn children to the Spirit of Fire.

At last, the ritual was done and Mr Porn will have good fortune and health for another seven years.
