Looks like this is one of those artists that sends the real high-resolution versions through DMs on Patreon every month, so even most of the stuff on Kemono is going to be as low quality as the free versions you can find on Twitter and Pixiv.
The Kemono page had a single post that contained a .zip with actual HD pictures from March, and they were about 3000x3000 pixels, much bigger than most pics in this gallery.
It looks like those individual monthly packs can also be purchased on Patreon (at least the ones from this year and the last), but I can't find any leaks.
