Why do you even care? Are you trying to prevent outsiders who don't know the existence of this site from getting scammed, or rivals from propping up? Because in my experience it doesn't really matter watermark or no, as they'll use it regardless. They're trying to make a quick buck from careless people, and not sell you the near-genuine shit (as people will buy the genuine shit if they care about it to that level).
Also putting the site's address like that will be more trouble for you, the uploader, and this site itself, because it's an clear identifying mark for any authorities who might care.

Its because they are selling the scans, that happened a lot of times in chinese websites like Ta*ba* are more commonly, I believe thats the reason why he add the watermark. For prevent that.
