Page 3 is funny, because it's also wrong. There ARE female super mutants. They just look exactly like the male super mutants. In new vegas you meet a nightkin who was originally someones grandma.

Nips on the robots are a but much , and DJjames is right i remember in fallout 3 you can overhear a conversation 2 mutants have were one of them mentions they think they were a girl before mutation.

great another futa fallout comic series. don’t pretend it’s not. could’ve made him a femboy from the start and they even said “wanted to make his penis smaller too but people didn’t like the test sketches.” so the transformation would’ve been a whole new character from the original incarnation in the first place
