The DLC takes place by the very end of the game, first shortly after Albert takes Tiana and Lorelia to the much expected ball to introduce himself to the larger noble world as the new Lord of Orcian, and to properly show his wives Teana and Lorelia as his beloved partners, then right at the end, with Teana and Lorelia very late into their pregnancy, 7 months in.

I loved this game very much, and I strongly recommend you to play it if you like a perfect combination of cute and erotic content; but if you have no way of playing it then I made a gigantic text wall detailing the entire game in a previous gallery.
