Not sure this is the best place for a ‘should female/ toplessness count as nudity’ debate.

Anyway, for tagging purposes, this counts as nudity only. Here’s the relevant description from the non-nude tag’s wiki page: “Asian Porn or Cosplay galleries where no genitals, anus, or female nipples are shown.”

It would probably be good to add that info to the nudity only wiki page too. This is one of those cases where different people bring different cultural norms to the table, so having that clarification on both tags would help.
