Found this on another site. There are images that I've already seen in other galleries but seeing as this is not my translations or even my compilations, I've decided to keep the set of images as they are presented originally and added the 'best' version of the vol.2 cover I can find online at the end

Some images from vol.2 is probably still out there, I think I saw at least one image in the video attached below that I don't recognize as being present online, but that could be just my mistake.
