Let's look at this objectively. Twintails is a classic tsundere(and probably yandere as well), and her history of bullying was probably very annoying. Which begs the question, if it was SO bad, why did the guy never outright cut her off? Fuck the parents, explain to them you just don't like her company, and that's it.

He might have killed her if he didn't hesitate for a moment. I'm not defending Twintails telling the Crush, because that was manufacturing drama for her own sake. But we also gotta acknowledge a guy jacking off to a creepshot of his classmate IS creepy, and he DID do it.

As BAD as Twintails was, he's worse, and her childish bullying doesn't warrant being killed. This arrangement can't work out forever. Eventually one of the two will snap and ruin both their lives. And the Crush is gonna be collateral.
