Honestly I dunno what this is called in English and I forgot where I found it originally, but I purchased it on booth from hinamaru3.

The first 103 images are the "main story", and the rest are "omake", image order is as I got it, you'll see if you download the torrent. That is to say, after page 103 the image order kinda doesn't make any sense but it is what it is.
