This will likely be deleted as it is Irodori. Now the question as to the author... the name that I can find this tagged as elsewhere is Richard Bachman, which if you don't know is the pen name of one Stephen King as for the group Kisei Toukyoku I have no idea if it is a pseudonym. There seems to be 4 chapters in the series so far. Fun rabbit hole though, so thanks I guess.

It's Richard Bachman, not Richard Bahman. You can find the other 3 chapters on a different site and 5 additional works from him, one being a three chapter series regarding a step-father impregnating his step-daughter with the permission of her mother. Irodori owns rights to the series so this one will eventually be deleted as @jaw17 pointed out. Out of his 9 works on a different site ending with la, the 3-part series with the step-dad is fully translated, as is its omake, a story about an orphan at an orphanage, and 2 of the 4 chapters of this series.
