There's no reason for this garbage to be here. There has been a competent translation posted for over a year now. In all likelihood, the uploader wants free gallery points from unsuspecting users. The "MTL translation coexistence" policy is especially nonsensical in examples like this one, where a human translation had existed before. The way things stand, it lends itself to manipulation by unscrupulous users.
If the E-H rules and application were actually aimed at improving the overall site rather than quantity over quality, this would've been purged immediately.
