@skizzat93 Actually, it does not necessarily get added automatically. Quite a few MTL uploaders check the box saying that it was translated by a proficient human translator, and it has to be added later by someone with enough power. I've had a couple of times myself where I've had to leave a comment requesting the upload to be tagged with it by someone capable of adding it, because they'll do that even when their own uploader comment says it's MTL. Some do it because they think that just because they've edited the MTL, it counts and is ok to check that box even though they didn't actually do the translation. Granted, that last case is pretty rare, as most MTL uploaders are too lazy and/or mistakenly think that the translation site/program they used is completely incapable of making a single mistake in translating and/or typesetting; they just post the output as is.
