Can someone clarify on the ending? It seems like he'll never go back to his original body because it's been like three months since it's happened. I understand that the NTR guy has continued to have sex with three girls plus the others that were interested in original MC but what does body swapped MC say at the end?
Also it looks like Sanrokumaru is gonna be supplementing the story with a 1 to 3 page addition on his Fanbox every month starting today but only available on his highest subscription plan
Just gonna answer @GenerationKamenRider, I don't care about this work to give it a proper summary, if anyone else is willing, feel free to do so.
Anyway, for a long as this work is the premise is actually very simple, Eichi is this nice and mildly handsome guy who is literally described as a lucky harem protagonist, who has several women gunning for him but he is the kind of harem protagonist who won't act on base desires and just have his way with everyone, meanwhile Saruta is a short little pest (the titular monkey, due his name) is a sex beast who wants to have his way with as many women as possible, if he only was in Eichi's place he wouldn't need to pay to have sex, he would screw all the girls pinning for that wet blanket.
Eichi is asked on behalf of the student council to drag whoever is doing shady shit on forbidden facility grounds, and it will Saruta of all people, Eichi and Saruta have a tense first encounter and the unthinkable happens, they change bodies. Saruta is Eichi, and Eichi is Saruta, and the little monkey sure as hell will do everything he wanted to in Eichi's body and show to his face what a man in his position should've been doing all along: smash every pussy that ever showed the slightest interest in Eichi before.
When Eichi (Saruta) mows down through everyone, in the end Saruta (Eichi) is left a broken mess, he looks at the phone's screen, vowing to one day come back to his body, infuriated over the fact the monkey tainted all the girls he cherished, doing things he would never have done... normally that is, Saruta (Eichi) feels something dark surging inside him as he had actually masturbated over the videos and pics, Saruta (Eichi) looks around and sees that a mirror magically appeared besides him, he looks at it, seeing what face he is making over this dark realization and magical mirror spawning, it is a twisted smile, THE END.
Wow thank you for the explanation @Goukenimaru I was not expecting a quick response lol I appreciate it a lot
I liked how the story basically made fun of the romcom trope of the main male character never having the balls to do anything. Having Saruta body swap into Eichi and have his way with the harem is good stuff
Also just one more question. Most of it was pretty easy to follow once the body swapped occurred but was it like a shrine that Eichi and Saruta was it earlier in the story? I was curious about that part because the gyaru girl was explaining some kind of myth about it that probably explained the body swapping
EDIT: Sanrokumaru may or not make a sequel to this but he hints at the potential of one in one of his Fanbox posts leading up to the release of this work
@GenerationKamenRider For naming conventions I'll say Harem MC is the protag (Eichi black hair body) and Sex MC (Saruta shaved head) is the true protag here. Basically they swap bodies at an old shrine they were told to clean up. Sex MC does what every harem mc would actually do if given free pussy: Fuck his harem. Sex MC does that and wins. Harem MC is in dismay because it's wrong to treat them as just sex objects. They argue about that at the end and Sex MC argues back that they LOVE Harem MC body but he never reciprocated their feelings ever, that he knew about them and played dumb and that now that they changed bodies everyone is happy now, gaslighintg Harem MC into accepting his new reality
Feel free to downvote this comment, but I 95% believe the artist has turned to AI for the following reasons:
1. The art looks significantly less polished than their earlier works. The lines are sketchy, shoddy, detached from each other.
2. The expressions are generic. They are detailed, but hardly expressive. They also don't really fit the scenario, like being under-expressive in a tense scenario, and being over-expressive in a normal one. The artist also resorted to not drawing the face in a lot of pics.
3. Some pages look obviously off. Page 18: first panel is clearly AI. Last panel where the guy is hit, the artist picked a very whatever expression. Page 32: the last 3 panels have obviously different thickness on lineart. Some look normal, some look too thin, the last one looks too thick and blurry, most likely because the artist enlarged the AI picture to zoom in and that worsened the quality. Note that I didnt just see 2 problematic pages (out of 32 pages). I picked 2 of the most obvious ones to convince you.
The AI vibe is overall very strong in this work. It's kind of hard to put into word, just a sense I got from looking at AI too much. Perhaps it is because people dont train AI for males much, they all look very generic and recognizable in terms of both expression, body and face structure.
No, Im not saying the artist should be burned at the stake for turning to AI. I just want people to know, so that they are not scammed thinking they are supporting a man-made work. And for the work to be tagged properly as AI.
Agreed with aby2sal, the characters expression clearly AI. I think the author experimenting using AI, welp bit shame since his past works already good. At least it's not really "slop".
I like Sanrokumaru's style a lot but I remember looking at the most recent entry of his work with orc and monsters and thinking that it looked a bit too clean or processed in some images/situations(and also the most recent entry in his other NTR series with the girlfriend and teacher and also having the hunch that AI was used in that too).
In this one sometimes the faceless version of Eichi swapped with Saruta looks like those generic faceless guys you see in AI generated hentai CG sets. I doubt he'd admit the use of it but there's definitely AI used in this work for sure
Well points for something new. That's very rarely if ever happened and it makes sense rather than dick crazy girl falls for someone she never like cause, a,b,c. I am curious if the switch is reversible? Cause, this all ends when that happens.
@aby2sal You've got a point art style wise. But also it seems he tried AI to make the story which is why it feels more original than his previous works.

What the hell happened? I followed this artist for years and this work does not represent them at all. Like, was this overcorrected by an assistant? I can't empathize with the characters, it all seems so.. shallow? It's difficult to put into words.
