No PTO, no sick leave, and only 15 minutes for lunch. Only perk is you get to pork a hot piece of ass that is also being shared around the office like a toilet seat? Dunno about that one chief.
A month into his job at a black company, the protagonist is on the verge of going crazy due to overwork and his shitty boss (the heroine). After Golden Week, he attempts to get revenge on the heroine by reporting everything to the Labor Standards Bureau. But for some reason, a senior colleague, who is supposed to be in the same situation, stops him. When the protagonist asks why, the senior colleague tells him about the existence of a "nap room." When the protagonist follows his instructions and heads there, he discovers a secret about the department that he could never have imagined...
[Character]
- Fujiwara Takako The heroine of this work. 31 years old, section manager. Graduated from a prestigious Tokyo university. 180cm tall, estimated G-cup. A heroine who has risen to a high position in a male-dominated black company. She is an undeniably a terrible boss who thrives on power harassment, sexual harassment and moral harassment towards her subordinates. However, she mysteriously enjoys protection within her department because she possesses the "extreme XXX that allows her to get away with anything."
Gyarus and office ladies are great. An office lady gyaru though? Jesus Christ, what a bombshell. Takako's unused design is awesome too.
Still, reading this left me a bit empty. She's a mean bitch but her subordinates treating her like a sex doll while she's (apparently) unaware aren't much better, if at all. TBH this looks like a blatant power fantasy scenario meant to satisfy young men who get bossed around at the workplace.
You translated: "golden week kas started after all... its just that..."
How it should be: "After all golden week has started... it's just..." This needs validation, but perhaps translating the part with "it's just..." into simply "however..." makes more sense in English: "After all golden week has started... However..."
