Japanese language is the default and shouldn't be tagged except things translated from another language into Japanese.
Japanese language titles should have the romaji of the Japanese language title, not their English translation equivalent.The English equivalent is only used after the Japanese on English-translated works.
Chikan and fingering don't apply when the body is touching itself, even through possession, and there is no first person perspective here.
Follow the definitions on the wiki. When in doubt, let others tag it.
