Gagak_Ireng is not a translator. All their works are rewrites and some of them are redrawn to show pregnancy when the original work doesn't have it. If you see any of the stuff they worked on with a random panel of sperm going inside an ovum, it's almost always a redraw added in for some impregnation fetish to match the rewrite. Also, calling it a 'redraw' is generous considering those panels are taken from other works.
