EDIT: This doujin now has its own TVTropes page. Feel free to visit and edit. http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/Dinaranger

It was very much worth the wait to not look at this doujin until it had an English translation. 5/5, and my compliments to Sahadou.

Some people aren't fond of the disproportionate amount of exposition to fucking, and I can totally understand where they're coming from, but in this case it works to the story's advantage. Exposition plays to the strengths of mind control stories, and in this case it gives us excruciating detail on just how deeply it affects the infectees. The process is simultaneously chilling and arousing, as we are taken step by step through the process in which their bodies are modified, and their minds broken, unravelled, and reprogrammed. The more we know about how Zofa-cization works, the more real it seems... although I'm somewhat curious to hear from an expert on the subjects of human physiology and psychology if this process is scientifically accurate, regardless of actual technical feasibility. It seems plausible to me, though I'm certainly no expert. If we were to have all the tools and methods necessary to change humans on this level, could this actually work as described?

Also, this is literally the first time we've ever seen a man apparently under the effect of Zofa cells, even though he doesn't appear to be a Zofa Soldier. For the first 10 chapters and most of 11, I was justifying it to myself that the Zofa cells were only able to infect women. But in light of this revelation, I find myself scratching my head, wondering why every Zofa Soldier shown thus far has been female. I guess I can invoke the Literary Agent Hypothesis and say that the narrative just glosses over the men in general, but it's still an entire 50% of the population. Normally, I would be completely okay with this, but in this case the lack of male Zofa Soldiers ends up necessitating the use of futanari, and being not particularly fond of futa, I lament that it could be so easily avoided. (I only tolerate it in this case because unlike most works featuring futanari, the vagina is still available when the penis is out, and the futa state is itself temporary.)

Now, as to where the story can go from here; I'm sure the author has something planned out to bring this to a quick conclusion, as I've heard he's losing interest in this idea :(. Still, it's fun to make predictions however unlikely they may be.

Aoi turns out to not be completely brainwashed by the Zofa cells. She remained abstinent between the time of her infection and Chapter 11. During that time, she furiously researched the nature of the Zofa cells, stealing from Dr. Kamura's notes to help her along. She never discovered the anti-Zofa cell, but she did discover a way to counteract the brainwashing properties of the Zofa cells. By the time she administered this cure to herself, however, it had already turned her evil and crazy, albeit not loyal to the Leader. She is now able to convert others without risk of losing her individuality, and we see her testing this out on Emika. Whatever this cure may be, however, it clearly does not transfer over to her victims, and they become loyal... to Aoi.

Aoi then begins to convert Miki back into a Zofa. This backfires spectacularly on Aoi; Miki has already undergone brainwashing to serve the Leader, though the cells have not yet managed to rewire her brain yet. With the introduction of conflicting programming (loyalty to Aoi), combined with her compatibility with the Dina chip, Miki regains sentience, and becomes a human-Zofa hybrid. She begins duking it out with Aoi for control of the Dina headquarters. However, the mind-breaking that took place in Chapter 8 has had a negative impact on her psyche, as she is neither interested in saving humanity or taking over the world, but simply relishing the thrill of combat.

Meanwhile, Maya, Shiori, and Kamura will evacuate to emergency headquarters to deal with this turn of events. Maya mentions to Kamura her strange experience with the Dina suit, and when interrogated further, eventually confesses her mother's identity.

It'll be quite chaotic from there on out, as the two opposing sides have now become four: the Dinarangers, the Zofa, Aoi's Neo-Zofa, and Miki (the potential spanner in the works).

Wow, look at that giant wall of text. I guess I should wrap this up quickly.

It's odd how Aoi still seems to have a personality, albeit completely changed from the timid one she displayed several chapters back. She's also unusually talkative. All of the other Zofa up to this point seemed to have no personality beyond mindless, subservient puppets, and if they ever spoke, it was in short replies or exclamations of ecstasy. That's why I don't think she's been completely Zofa-cized.

Dina Yellow's name has been rather inconsistent so far. Her personal name has switched between Misa and Miki, while her suname has swapped between Fujihara and Fujiwara. Whether this is an error on the part of the author or the translator, I don't know.

The title of this series should be Dynarangers, not Dinarangers.

Again, favorited, all my five are belong to this, etc. etc.

Also, I just realized that on Page 89, it says "TO BE CONTINUDE." THAT PUN, IT BURNS.

>Her personal name has switched between Misa and Miki
The author's page calls her Miki, the name switcheroo is all the translators fault.
