I wonder if this will end similar to Paradise by Laliberte. Lihan ends up killing Phillip and it looks like Lihan will get a happy ending but then it's revealed that nothing really changed since Rei and Ashe were still corrupted and they still sleep with other men behind Lihan's back.

Honestly Lihan has been slowly been looking too feminine by now, in the part 3 of the Philip's arc he literally seems to have eyeliner, so it could end up with a genderbend/feminization.
