A really (really) old Evangelion doujinshi from 1996 (yes it was started the same year Evangelion finished airing on TV for the first time) that was only ever available in print. This isn't even the only volume. It's a series. I know because I have all of them in my possession, I managed to get near-mint copies back in the early 2000s that someone had carefully protected (not sure if mint copies are still available on ebay or elsewhere - maybe).
Actually kinda crazy that it has an ISBN number considering it's an adult parody in a country famous for its strict IP/copyright protection laws. You basically can't get parody protection in Japan - they don't have the Fair Use affirmative defense like the US, you still have to get permission from the license holder for parody - the anime and manga industry just sort of looks away from doujinshi in general, but only if it's not sold commercially for profit. Which is strange since this one has an ISBN number as well as retail barcodes which means it was catalogued as a commercial product.
In all other cases you just have to hope the license holder doesn't care. If they do, they can bring a criminal case against you. Copyright violation is considered a complaint-based crime in Japan (complaint-based meaning it's not prosecuted unless the license-holder files a complaint), not just a civil tort like the west. They punish you with up to 10 years imprisonment and a 10 million yen fine ($60,000), with the exact numbers depending on the severity/volume of infringement - this is why Japanese people on Twitter and other social media can often be weird about QRTs, reposts, etc especially if its screenshots based or a re-upload.
