Hi, trans person here. Crossdressing is NOT gender change by any definition on its own. And on this website, a guy just doing that only merits the feminization tag if things don't progress past that. If that were the case here, it would simply be crossdressing and yaoi.

However, at the time these two were having sex, the protagonist had transitioned and developed into a small chested girl. So yes, it IS gender change/morph and not yaoi, because her physical form only qualified for male tags during the flashback and not during the sex scenes.

TLDR: Gallery is gender change, not yaoi, because boy become girl before getting dicked.

Anyway, this comic is adorable.
