Honestly, I like the cleaning up, but there's just something so nice about the original. I miss the not so clean-lined art style.

There's a small change in this version, Serah in the original can see what he's doing before she climbs in, here it's a little more ambiguous. I wonder if there's going to be more changes, especially with the shifts some of the characters took from the earlier plans.

So far in these first five pages, it's almost entirely the same, except some additional words here and there and less sketchy memories in page four. The artist drew a single piece of this scenario from her POV that I think you're thinking of, far after Monday Mornings was concluded, and after Thursday Mornings, as a matter of fact. Not sure if it's to be taken as canon, but it wasn't in the original comic.

I wonder how many parts are going to get a new version? Monday is the only one that's significantly different art-wise, by Tuesday BK is like 85% of the way to his current level with only some minor tells that it's an older work. Personally I'm hoping that the start of Wednesday gets a little bit of work done, the art is great but with the enormous contrast between how the zebra lady is portrayed in her first appearance and everything about her when she shows up again later it feels like a massive retcon took place between appearances.
