From what I know, this company seems way more focused on using gorgeous 3D renders to bait preorders, but then the actual product just gets slapped together with low-res 3D printing to cut corners. Especially when preorder numbers are too low to cover mold costs.
It looks like they have three tiers of models:
The top tier is basically naked versions of others all-ages figures, reusing existing molds for the body.
The mid tier is for originals with decent preorder volume, using resin (light-cured) printing.
The absolute worst is for super low-preorder originals, just slapped together with crappy low-precision 3D prints to barely fulfill orders.
I really hope Insight starts taking figure quality seriously and stops scamming people.
