@ xeplion : I use Gimp. He can open ,read and export the webp animated or not.It reads animated webp files like GIFs; the last frame is at the top of the list, the first at the bottom (bottom right window). You can remove a frame from the list by clicking on the eye icon (visible), which then turns light gray (invisible). Or you can isolate a specific frame to create a single image. To save an image in another format within GIMP, you need to export it.
