e-hentai will automatically add the order as a prefix when downloading from the site. So if it's uploaded wrong, the downloaded archive stays wrong.

e-hentai supports natural sort (1, 2, ..., 9, 10) and lexical sort (1, 10, 2, ...). I don't remember what the default is, but it's possible the uploader just accidentally clicked the lexical button.

Torrents are usually fine if the uploader creates them but anything made from the downloaded files will be scuffed.
